Join Watuppa watershed forester Mike Labossiere and historian Bill Goncalo as they lead a tour of Interlachen – a rare opportunity to explore a property normally closed to the public!

The splendor of fall foliage is gone, but Interlachen is interesting to explore at any season of the year. Interlachen, within the Watuppa Reservation, is a 60-acre forested peninsula that holds the site of the remains of the Col. Spencer Borden mansion and the Arctic Ice and Cold Storage building. The ruins of that old ice house are still visible, today, along the Watuppa shore when traveling on Route 24.

The Meridian Street, Fall River, gate will open at 9:30 a.m. and parking will be on-site. The walk will be from 10-12 and is free to all.
