The Buzzards Bay Coalition works to build stronger connections to our local environment through programs and workshops like our award-winning Baywatchers water quality monitoring program, our free Decision Makers Workshops, and youth programs for schools and groups. Baywatchers is the Coalition’s award-winning program to monitor the health of Buzzards Bay and its harbors, coves, and rivers. Nearly 25 years of Baywatchers data form the foundation of the Coalition's work to restore and protect the Bay.
Throughout the year, the Coalition offers free workshops for decision makers in government, business, and agriculture to provide real-world solutions for people whose daily decisions affect the health of the Bay.
The Coalition is redefining the classroom by turning forests, beaches, and salt marshes into resources for children to learn and develop a life-long love for Buzzards Bay. From school programs to summer camps, our outdoor exploration programs are fun, informative, and affordable. Let our outdoor education team help your class get outside and learn!
