Scattered with coastal plain ponds and varying glacial topography, Halfway Pond Conservation Area is quite a unique place to explore. Join Wildlands Trust’s AmeriCorps member Hayley Leonard for a mid-morning hike through the conservation area’s east side to the Big Point lookout. Learn about the history of the property and the interesting natural features that lay within.

Please arrive prepared to hike 3 miles. Sturdy boots and plenty of water are recommended. No registration necessary – the hike will be capped at 30 people on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking is at the Wildlands Trust Mast Rd. parking area, approximately 371 Mast Rd., Plymouth. The parking area is on the right just after the entrance to Camp Wind in the Pines on the left.
