Come join Buzzards Bay Coalition and certified yoga teacher David Trauterman from Healing Within for a special series of  relaxing beach yoga at Gooseberry Island. Participants will be guided through a series of yoga poses to relax and restore a sense of inner harmony. This class is accessible to all levels of experience.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, towel and dress in layers. We highly recommend wearing long sleeves and bug spray to keep off mosquitoes.
