How to Access and Use the Templates
The templates are provided in a Microsoft Word document. Click on any of the links below to download the Word document to your browser. Once the document opens:
- Scroll to the section you’d like to use.
- Highlight the desired text with your cursor.
- Right-click and select “Copy” (or press Ctrl+C on Windows / Command+C on Mac).
- Open your email platform, place your cursor in the body of your message, right-click and select “Paste” (or press Ctrl+V on Windows / Command+V on Mac).
- Personalize the message as needed before sending!
