Join the Southcoast Film Forum for a special Earth Day Screening of the new film WILD LIFE, the story of the visionary effort to effect the largest private land donation in history – over 14 million acres conserved in 17 National Parks in Patagonia.

After falling in love in midlife, former Patagonia CEO Kris Tompkins and outdoorsman and entrepreneur Doug Tompkins left behind the world of the massively successful outdoor brands they’d helped pioneer — Patagonia, The North Face and Esprit — and turned their attention to creating National Parks throughout Chile and Argentina.

“Free Solo” filmmakers and Academy Award-winners Jimmy Chin and Chai Vasarhelyi produced this extraordinary documentary, with gorgeous landscapes and thrilling Patagonia scenery along with archival footage of the challenges they faced, and their unique love story.

Doors open for cash bar and snacks in the lobby at 6 PM, and the film starts at 7PM.
