Falmouth Road Race’s Team Buzzards Bay Has 35 Bibs to Raise Funds for Coalition

On Sunday, August 16, more than 11,000 runners will lace up and gather in Woods Hole for the 2026 ASICS Falmouth Road Race, the 54th running of the event. Many of the world’s elite runners will be there, though the essence of the event remains a fun run. Back-of-the-pack joggers share the road with the best, forming a diverse tapestry from the start on Water Street to the finish at the beach in Falmouth Heights.

Team Buzzards Bay will be participating in the Falmouth Road Race as part of the Numbers for Nonprofits Program. We have 35 bibs this year, with each runner raising a minimum of $1,500 for clean water.

Our runners raised nearly $57,000 for the Coalition last year all of which directly supports the work of the Coalition to protect and restore the waters and land surrounding Buzzards Bay and to bring the joys of outdoor exploration to ever increasing numbers of people.
