Reserve Manager – Full-Time Permanent Position
The Reserve Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of landscape maintenance, land management and management of public use at an assigned group Reserves (Buzzards Bay Coalition owned conservation land properties open to the public for outdoor recreation and enjoyment). The focus will be on ensuring a high-quality standard for the managed landscapes and the user experience at these properties. This will ensure that the most visible front entrances and public access points are kept exceptionally well maintained for safety, function aesthetics and natural resource protection. The Reserve Manager is responsible for all aspects of their assigned properties (Reserves) including signs, trails, parking areas, landscape management, habitat/vegetation management, gardens, buildings and all other associated conservation property infrastructure.

Watershed Restoration Project Manager – Full-Time Permanent Position
Buzzards Bay Coalition (BBC) seeks an experienced ecological restoration professional to join our Watershed Protection team helping to increase the pace of implementation for ecological restoration projects in the Bay’s watershed. The Watershed Restoration Project Manager will manage the development, design/engineering, permitting and implementation/construction of coastal, wetland and riverine ecological restoration projects throughout the Buzzards Bay watershed. Projects include saltmarsh and freshwater wetland restoration (including wetland restoration in retired cranberry bogs), stream channel and bank restoration, and addressing fish passage barriers including removal of dams and replacement of culverts. The full-time position will work closely with the Coalition’s Senior Restoration Ecologist and Vice President of Watershed Protection.
