Ever wondered why Woods Hole became a mecca for science, or how the discovery of the Titanic happened here? All your questions about the science in Woods Hole will be answered on a delightful new walking tour on Saturdays and Sundays in July and August. Starting at the MBL Exhibit Center, you will walk through the streets of historic Woods Hole village and learn about the research conducted by the Marine Biological Laboratory, National Marine Fisheries Service, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and other Woods Hole science organizations.

There are two tours per day, at 11am and 1pm, and tours last about 1 hour. These tours are recommended for a teenage to adult audience. Space is limited and reservations are required.
