Join Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust for the grand opening of their newest property! DNRT staff will lead 1 hour guided walks around the property after a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Refreshments will be provided.

Wernick Farm is a 60-acre jewel with a variety of habitats that connect the present to the agricultural past of this unique property. The Reserve includes lands designated by the Massachusetts Natural Heritage Program as “Critical Natural Landscape” and is proximate to the nearly 14,000-acre Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve, a vast area of open space protected from development and managed to ensure the long-term health of the sensitive natural resources contained within.

Note: Parking for this event will be off-site at Copicut Farms, 11 Copicut Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747.  Shuttle vans will operate between 9 am and 1 pm to pick up and deliver guests from Copicut Farms to Wernick Farm.
