Join the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT) on June 14 to learn how to protect yourself, your yard, and your pets from ticks and tick-borne diseases.

Larry Dapsis, Deer Tick Project Coordinator and Entomologist at Cape Cod Cooperative Extension and member of the Barnstable County Task Force on Lyme and other Tick-Borne Diseases, will present his film, “Tick Days.” The film will be followed by a Q&A regarding ticks, Lyme, and other diseases. Guests will learn about the basic life cycle and ecology of deer ticks, incidence rates, and distribution of tick-borne illnesses in addition to a database under development on infection rates of ticks. Space is limited; pre-registration required.
