Join Wildlands Trust to learn crucial pastry-making skills and gain confidence ahead of the holidays in this intimate-scale, hands-on workshop with Plymouth CRAFT’s food historian and adventure cook Paula Marcoux. Members of the class will work together to fill, bake, and eat several Thanksgiving classics. Paula will demonstrate the making of the most adaptable of pastries, pâte brisée, then each participant will make their own batch of pastry and a small pie to take home and bake. A modest lunch is included.
