Summer Yoga at Brainard Marsh

Sippican Lands Trust (SLT)’s Summer Yoga returns to Brainard Marsh on Saturday, July 28 for three consecutive Saturdays in partnership with Anchor Yoga & Meditation Center in Mattapoisett.
Marcia Hathaway will instruct the first yoga session on Saturday, July 28 at Brainard Marsh. Deb Fraine will lead the yoga sessions at Brainard Marsh on Saturday, August 4 and Saturday August 11.
Bring your yoga mat, water, bug spray, sunscreen and a friend and enjoy some yoga on the beach. If the yoga session is canceled due to poor weather, then information will be posted to SLT’s website and Facebook page.
Parking for Brainard Marsh is located near the corner of Bass Point Road and Delano Road (look for the Sippican Lands Trust’s Brainard Marsh sign). Parking is limited and please be careful while parking your vehicle. Or, better yet, ride a bike to Brainard Marsh and leave your car at home.
Cost: Free for Sippican Land Trust members, $10 for nonmembers
