Join Mass Audubon at the Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary to enjoy the experience of gong vibrations and celebrate the first day of summer at the Stone Barn!
A gong bath is like a very deep and lasting massage, said to tune the physical body and soul to the greatest possible resonance. Usually individuals lie flat on a mat to receive the sound energy of the gong as it is being played – opening, clearing and recharging the body, mind and spirit. The Gong Bath will be presented by School of Yoga New Bedford instructors.
Registration is limited to 25 participants and can be done via Juliet Loranger at School of Yoga New Bedford by email or by phone.
