Join Grace Junek of Be Inspired Fitness & Yoga for The Spirit of Yoga, a three-part spring series at Wildlands Trust. In this second workshop, we will discuss the main attributes of mindfulness and how to use it to create inner peace and a sense of well-being in our lives. We will learn how to pay attention to details in order to create a practice where we are more fully present. Finally, we will use mindfulness in a vinyasa-style yoga flow.
It is recommended you take all three workshops, however they can be taken individually. Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a blanket.
