What better way to end the day than a peaceful paddle down the river? Join the Lloyd Center for the Environment and end the day with a peaceful paddle down the river, led by Osprey Sea Kayak Adventures. You’ll feel your stress dissolve as you glide through the salt marsh enjoying the setting sun. This is a relaxing trip for viewing waterfowl and the delicate salt marsh ecosystem of the Slocums River.
Beginners welcome. Kids ages 12 and older admitted if attended by a parent/adult guardian. Wear clothing and footwear that you don’t mind getting wet and bring a non-alcoholic beverage and snack.
Pre-registration required by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 22. Limited to 12 people.
Cost: $45 Lloyd Center members, $55 nonmembers
