With an irruption year predicted, now is the time to join Mass Audubon as they search for the beautiful and elusive snowy owl at Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We will travel along the beach loop trail and onto private land during this walk, which covers approximately 2.5 miles of uneven terrain.
Dress for an outdoor winter hike, and bring your binoculars and/or scope. Don’t have any? Just let us know when you register and you can borrow a pair of ours. Registration limited to 12 adults.
Cost: $12 Mass Audubon members, $15 nonmembers
