Veterans Day Paddle at Red Brook

Beach at Gibbs Narrows on Pine Ridge Road

Join expert kayaker and wildlife biologist, Carlos Fragata, on a 2 mile paddle from the beach on Buttermilk Bay up to Red Brook and the Lyman’s Reserve. We will also do some meditative breath work from mindfulness teacher, Amanda Ewell. Bring your own paddle craft, canoes and kayaks are encouraged. Please email us if you need to borrow one. Life jackets are mandatory. This program is capped at ten participants so registration is necessary.
