Join the Onset Bay Center staff and Beth MacLacklan of Ebb & Flow Wellness for an evening of yoga and kayaking. Participants will kayak from the Onset Bay Center to Wickets Island where Beth will lead the group in a gentle yoga session. Cost: $20/session.

Age 18+, all equipment is provided.
