After two successful years we are pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Onset Bay Blessing of the Fleet. The 2016 Blessing of the Fleet will kick off on Saturday July 2, at 10:30 am. The vessel parade will start at 11 am.

For those of you interested in this event, spectators can view the parade of boats from the Onset Pier while taking in all the festivities. Participating boaters will parade their vessel on a route that will form between the islands near red nun 14, then proceed inbound to the face of the Onset Pier where your vessel will be blessed by our local priest. All mariners are encouraged to decorate their vessel. Let’s see your creativity! Patriotic, pirates, dance party! Yes, we have great prizes for best dressed vessel and crew.
