Join the New Bedford YMCA to swim for a good cause, for your health, and to support your community!

There are four ways to participate in this year’s event:

• Swim-a-thon (ages 8+): Raise or donate a minimum of $50 for each hour in a lane. Can be completed as an individual or in the team challenge, in which teams of up to 4 swimmers raise a minimum of $300.
• Tread-a-thon (ages 8-14): Complete 10 minutes of treading, adding 1 pound of weight per minute. $10 minimum donation.
• Bob-a-thon (ages 3-7): Participants will have 2 minutes to get as many bobs as they can. Raise pledges of at least $5 for every 2 minutes minimum.
• Around-the-pool (whole family): Games for the whole family to enjoy! Get a checkmark for each game and get a chance to pick from the prize pool!

Prizes will be awarded for participation and fundraising in each category.
