In collaboration with Mass Audubon Tidmarsh Wildlife Sanctuary, please join Wildlands Trust and Peter Trull from the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary as he profiles the amazing ocean wanderer, the great shearwater, and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary satellite tagging program. In an engaging, family friendly presentation he will explain the satellite tagging process for this bird, as well as the ecology and natural history of this fascinating pelagic species.

This season, each bird was named for a Mass Audubon sanctuary – come see how Tidmarsh did!

This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for families to learn about marine life, science and research taking place on Cape Cod, and the wonders of the sea to which all life around us is connected!

This FREE program takes place at the Wildlands Trust Community Conservation Barn. While registration is not required, it is appreciated.
