You and your family can enjoy a relaxing evening of meditation, yoga, and art on Shining Tides Beach with Ebb & Flow Wellness and the Buzzards Bay Coalition. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, and then explore the environment in search of materials to create art on the beach. The program will end with a collaborative yoga journey that ties our stories and experiences together.
