Gather on the grassy lawn in the shadow of the lighthouse at Ned’s Point in Mattapoisett for Lighthouse Yoga, run by Anchor Yoga & Meditation Center. Lighthouse Yoga is generosity-based yoga to support mind/body programs for underserved communities. Every summer we gather on the grassy lawn in the shadow of the lighthouse at Ned’s Point in Mattapoisett and have a blast on the mat! Many students prefer to bring a blanket to lay underneath a yoga mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray.

The cost of the class is up to you! We kindly suggest a $5 or $10 cash donation. One hundred percent of all monies collected all summer long will go directly to support Project Wheel House, the sister initiative of Anchor Yoga, to bring free yoga and mind/body programs to the underserved in New Bedford.
