This 1-2 hour virtual seminar is designed for the novice boater to provide the most important safety needed. It focuses on safety equipment and best practices while also encouraging additional boater safety classes, a certificate course, and vessel safety checks. Topics include: situational awareness, boater education, aids to navigation, navigation rules, fueling, and anchoring. The OBC is pleased to partner with Neal O’Brien from the US Coast Guard Auxiliary on this FREE virtual program.
