Join Hatha yoga instructor Maureen Francis in Wildlands Trust’s Community Conservation Barn for an hour of relaxing yoga, followed by a light hike led by Wildlands Trust’s Rachel Calderara. No yoga or hiking experience is necessary to participate. Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and dress comfortably.

Hatha yoga, the most widely practice form of yoga in America, concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. The postures we will practice work to stretch and align the body, promoting balance, flexibility, and circulation.

Cost: $5 Wildlands Trust members, $7 nonmembers
