Join us at The Sawmill to experience the fall foliage along the Acushnet River from canoes and kayaks. Registration is free but required.

A limited number of canoes and kayaks are available. Email jennings@savebuzzardsbay.org to reserve one and you will get a time slot between 10AM -1PM.

Bring your own canoe or kayak is also allowed. PDFs are provided.

PACE ParentChild Plus Program will be doing a girl empowerment local book reading by Melissa Hunt at 10 AM and be doing some book giveaways.  Register here for the event.

The New Bedford Public Library will have the Bookmobile parked here all day as well. Bring your library card or sign up for one with the bookmobile to bring some books home!
