Join the Appalachian Mountain Club for a nice long post-Thanksgiving hike through Copicut Woods. This 516-acre property is both a prime destination and the southern gateway to the Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve. Copicut introduces nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts to an entire regional ecosystem.

The group will be hiking on many trails lined with pine needles bordering beautiful stone walls. There are some bog bridges so make sure you have sturdy hiking boots. There is an old farm house and barn foundations to explore.

Hike will be approximately 4.5 miles. Required equipment: hiking boots, rain gear, water and snacks.
