Celebrate our planet with a month-long guided cleanup of Buzzards Bay Coalition reserves. Coalition staff will lead you through each of our reserves as you help us to keep the trails clean for all to enjoy. Join us for multiple="multiple" cleanups and win prizes!

The Coalition will be joining the annual Earth Eve Procession through New Bedford’s historic downtown district, creating an eco-float using a variety of sustainable materials.
The Coalition will be hosting a table at the 10th Annual Herring Run Festival, celebrating our Baywatchers Herring Monitoring Program and connecting with the Buzzards Bay community.
Onset Bay Center is thrilled to partner with Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs to present an amazing art exhibit celebrating student artwork from the Massachusetts South Coast, Cape & Islands winners of the 2022 Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest Hosted by Buzzards Bay Coalition's Onset Bay Center
Join Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs and Dianne's Art Farm at the Onset Bay Center on Thursday, April 20 to learn about contest and scholarship opportunities, find inspiration from young artists worldwide, and write poetry and create art together in this interactive workshop!
Volunteers will plant fresh vegetation around the Onset Bay Center and celebrate Earth Day with a post-planting pizza party.
Join instructor Julie Silvia at The Current Healing Arts for a grounding yoga practice in honor of Earth Day.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the Coalition's mission and participate in a fun activity that speaks to sustainable living and making choices to ensure the health of our planet for generations to come.
Enjoy a guided walk through the maple swamp and river overlook of the Acushnet Sawmill and participate in a craft activity using items found on the walk. Participants will create two collages, one made from nature and another from collected trash.
