Located on the upper level of the Onset Bay Center, McFadden Hall overlooks the beautiful bay, catching both the sunrise and sunset through is floor-to-ceiling windows. 

The McFadden Hall features a gathering space for 150 guests, historical photographs and information about the original bathhouse and the Onset waterfront, speakers and a projector, a full caterer’s kitchen, and tables and chairs to accommodate a variety of events. The Onset Bay Center offers high-quality on-the-water programming for thousands of families every year. Your fee is giving back directly to our community.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the rest is to be paid within one month prior to the event, with the remainder to be paid one month prior to the event. Set up and clean up time is to be accounted for and included in cost when booking.

  • Minimum of a 4-hour booking at a rate of $250/hr. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $200/hr. 

Our wedding rates are prices based on day of the week and cover a 8-hour window of use. 50% deposit due at the time of booking, remainder to be paid three months prior to the event. Set up and clean up time is to be accounted for and included in cost when booking. Recommended capacity is 100 guests if planning to have a seated meal, bar area, food station, and dance floor.

  • Monday-Thursday (non-holidays): $4,500 (Not available during the summer)
  • Friday-Sunday, weekday holidays: $5,000

We had our daughter’s wedding here at Onset Bay Center. Throughout all of this, the staff was incredible. The setting is just beautiful. The hall is wonderful for a wedding under 100 people.

A fiftieth anniversary celebration with 70 guests. The site is gorgeous with a spectacular view. It is well appointed. Everything we needed was easily accessible. Staff were accommodating and a an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed if they make this choice.
