November’s walk through the Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve with Green Futures will explore the health benefits of a walk in the woods through the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku.

Meet at the parking lot just south, a few hundred feet, of the Fall River Water Department’s Watuppa Reservation Headquarters on Blossom Road. Most roads within the Bioreserve are in poor condition. Access Blossom Road from the paved Westport end.

Walk length: As far as you want to walk. Water and snack always a good idea. Dress for the weather. Rain cancels walk.

Cost: Free
