Join Buzzards Bay Coalition and our Woods Hole Outreach Center Educators for a walk around Falmouth’s beautiful Long Pond, a kettle pond shaped by glaciers passing through the area during the last Ice Age. Our circumnavigation of Long Pond (approx. 3.5 miles) will be followed by a swim in Grews Pond.

Sturdy shoes, plenty of water, snacks, sunscreen and tick repellent are strongly recommended. Bring a swimsuit or clothes you don’t mind getting wet if you’d like to cool off in Grews Pond afterwards!
