Interested in getting more home-baking into your hectic life? Join Wildlands Trust and Plymouth CRAFT Food Historian Paula Marcoux for Bread Baking in the Community Conservation Barn!

Paula will introduce you to the magic that happens when flour meets water and leavening culture. This small, hands-on class will work through several types of dough made from both commercial and fresh-ground flours. Learn strategies to get more home-baked bread into your already busy life; there are some things that are worth a little juggling!

Price includes lunch and a take-home sample of leavening culture.
