The Buzzards Bay Coalition seeks an inaugural Chief Financial Officer to build and lead a reimagined finance function for the rapidly growing nonprofit organization. As the principal steward of the Coalition’s financial resources reporting directly to the President and CEO, the CFO will be tasked with elevating financial operations to the Coalition’s newly increased scale, complexity, and ambitions.
Land Conservation Director
Buzzards Bay Coalition (BBC) seeks an experienced real estate professional with strong project and program management abilities to lead our Land Conservation team helping to increase the pace of implementation of land conservation projects in the Bay’s watershed.
Launch Driver
The Onset Bay Center seeks a motivated Launch Driver to assist in the delivery of on-the-water and outdoor recreation programs at the Onset Bay Center in Onset, MA. The Launch Driver will assist Bay Explorers, Sailing, and partner programs for Summer ‘26. The position reports to the Onset Bay Center Director.
Reserve Manager
The Reserve Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of landscape maintenance, land management and management of public use at an assigned group Reserves (Buzzards Bay Coalition owned conservation land properties open to the public for outdoor recreation and enjoyment). The focus will be on ensuring a high-quality standard for the managed landscapes and the user experience at these properties.
