Join us as we bid the sun farewell for another day in this ideal setting. The Bogs is situated in such a way that you can see the sunset and the moonrise offering a two for one deal!

In the heart of the Mattapoisett River Reserve lies The Bogs, a natural oasis located just minutes from Interstate 195 in Mattapoisett. With four miles of trails through woods, freshwater wetlands, and old cranberry bogs, this Buzzards Bay Coalition-owned property offers visitors a unique southeastern Massachusetts landscape to discover.

Dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes. We have extra headlamps. There are no facilities on site. See you on the trail!
