During this walk through the Lloyd Center, participants will witness the continuing surge in bird activity on the property as a more even mix of species exists including both migrants passing through and nesters establishing territories. Forest birds, shorebirds and raptors such as osprey (Pandion haliaetus) are all potential sightings. Take advantage of the variety of habitats that the Lloyd Center property offers including forest edges, kettle ponds, vernal pools, salt marsh, and estuary.

Participants should bring binoculars and a bird guide if they have them.
