There is something magical about being on the water at sunset, when the sky changes to a multitude of hues, and the moon appears on the horizon, at first so big it looks as if you can touch it.
Enjoy a moonlight kayak tour with the Lloyd Center for the Environment! Osprey Sea Kayak guides will give you a basic instruction to kayaking before you leisurely paddle the calm, protected waters of the Westport River. Along the way participants will stop to “raft up” to share snacks and stories.
Beginners welcome. Wear clothing and footwear that you don’t mind getting wet and bring a non-alcoholic beverage.
Pre-registration required by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 25th. Limited to 12.
Cost: $65 Lloyd Center members, $80 nonmembers
