Get your whole family to explore the outdoors during Family Friday Explorations, a series of three free outings in July hosted by the Buzzards Bay Coalition and Plumb Summer Library Program. Through fun games and hands-on activities, your family will learn about the Buzzards Bay region’s animals, plants, and habitats. Recommended for families with elementary school-aged children.

This week we’ll learn to make fishing poles!

Anglers of all ages can go fishing at Horseshoe Mill. You don't even need a fancy rod and reel - make your own fishing pole with a stick you find in the woods!
